Aaj kal gym ki fees bhi jyada hoti ja rahi hai.aur badhte mahgai me log gym nahi laga paate.sochte hai ki kon fijul paisa kharch karega to jyada sochiye mat agar aap ko fit or helthy rahna hai to aap ko jaruri nahi ki jim jana pade.aap ghar me hi apne body ko naya look de sakte hai. to mai apko kuch tips or tarike batata hu unhe follow kar apne sahrir ko behtar bana sakte hai

6.   Raat ko jyada bhari khana n khaye. halka khana hi khaye isse apko subah chusti Rahegi or achha feel hoga.
